Mystic Falls is full of unconventional and/or dysfunctional families. Elena and Jeremy Gilbert were left orphaned when their parents died in a car crash, and now they’ve lost Aunt Jenna and Uncle John too. Matt Donovan’s dad is long gone and his mom breezes through town whenever she feels like it. Caroline Forbes was raised in a single mother household. However, there’s one family we don’t have much info on and that’s the Bennets.
We learned in episode 1.02, “Friday Night Bites,” that Bonnie’s been raised by her father ever since her mom left and her parents divorced. We haven’t met Bonnie’s dad yet but we do know that he wasn’t too keen on his daughter spending time with Sheila (her grandmother) or meddling with “witchy juju.” However, Bonnie’s mom is a witch too, and we’re wondering what exactly triggered Mrs. Bennett’s departure from Mystic Falls. There seems to be a major mystery surrounding the Bennett family.
We have a feeling that in TVD Season 3 that, as Bonnie’s powers develop more, she might stumble upon a shocking family secret (aside from the whole witch thing) or even receive a surprise visit from her mom.
We’re on a roll! Another category of E!Online’s Tater Top Awards has been posted, and this time, Nina Dobrev as Katherine Pierce is in the running for Best Bitch on Television. You’d better head over and vote for Katherine, or she might snap your neck on the dance floor. And if you missed any of the previous categories, you can vote until July 5.

Paul Wesley appeared Sunday in Poznan, at the invitation of Jan AP Kaczmarek, head of Transatlantyc Film Festival, where Wesley is an ambassador. Monday, the star met the the journalists at Instytucie Rozbitek.
“Pierogi! Today! I’m greedy,” said Paul Wesley when he was asked what his favorite dishes of Polish cuisine. He was asked for a reason, because in reality he is named Pawel Wasilewski. His parents emigrated in the 80s in the United States.
Paul: “I am pleased to be the ambassador for the festival in his hometown, I’m glad I can bring here a little bit of Hollywood” speaks alternately in English and Polish Wesley. At 7 years, the Pole was his only language, and after going to school began to use English. And so it was.
“We met by chance with Paul during a banquet. He immediately showed himself interested in the idea of the festival and asked if he could somehow be helpful. The idea of inviting him in the role of ambassador is evident Transatlantyc . I admit that I would be happy if Paul’s popularity among viewers younger did go to our festival, “says Jan AP Kaczmarek.
The complete program of events should be announced in a few days literally. The first edition did not include stars of workshops and lectures by professionals from Hollywood.

With two ghostly ex-girlfriends headed back into Jeremy’s life, we thought we’d take a look back at his messy love life. Back when he was just Mystic Falls’ resident emo, he had trouble keeping Vicki’s attention. But then he captured Anna’s vampiric heart and scored his older sister’s best friend, Bonnie. The boy gets around!

Oh, Canada! While carousing in the streets of Barcelonalast week, Stefan and Klaus stumbled upon a tourist just reeking of Poutine, a must-have for any Canadian diner! Stefan and Klaus flew to Vancouver, B.C., stopping off at Stanley Park to take in the sights, relying on the thick, wooded terrain for cover when they took new victims. After ripping through Robson Street, they found Vancouver packed with rabid hockey fans, protesting the loss of a championship.
