TVD: Michael Trevino and Jenna Ushkowitz Stun at the SAG Awards 2012

What do you get when Glee meets The Vampire Diaries? One sexy couple, that’s what! Glee starlet Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina) and TVD’s Michael Trevino (Tyler) have been cozying up for months, and on January 29, the talented twosome hit the red carpet together for the 2012 Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles.

As it turns out, the hybrid lover’s style is almost as breathtaking as her pipes! Jenna rocked her Rebecca Minkoff dress, Dior heels, and some super luxe accessories: Martin Katz jewels and a Judith Leiber clutch.

As if having a tuxedoed Trevino on her arm didn’t give us reason enough to be jealous!

TVD: Michael Trevino Celebrates His Birthday with Jenna Ushkowitz and Mark Salling

The Vampire Diaries’ Michael Trevino (Tyler Lockwood) has been spotted cuddling up with Glee’s Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina) numerous times, and his 27th birthday was no different. Jenna’s co-star Mark Salling (Puck) tweeted a picture of the three of them hanging out, writing, “Big birthday shout out to my boy @Michael_Trevino. Tore up that Diplo/Skrillex last night with @jennaushkowitz.” Michael celebrated his birthday on January 25.

TVD: Vote for Tyler!

Things are about to get more interesting in MF. Whether you think it is a good thing or not, sound off at this new development.  Klaus is going to get a love interest very soon.

According to E!Online:

“I hear it’s also one of The Vampire Diaries’ writers’ favorite scenes of the season, but don’t expect a sudden relationship to be born. Caroline (Candice Accola) is still holding strong to her faith that Tyler (Michael Trevino, who will be MIA from Mystic Falls for the next five episodes) will come out the other side of his sire bond issues. However, don’t expect Klaus (Joseph Morgan) to back off, either.  Word is we see more of his interest in Caroline in the Feb. 9 episode “Dangerous Liaisons”—which might explain the stills of the two of them dancing together.”

Caroline is all about Tyler right now. What girl wouldn’t be? Tyler is sincere, caring, and all about making things work between them. In the typical world of love, wouldn’t it be a good score off the dating card to have a guy who couldn’t easily snap a person’s neck before the main course? Maybe a little entrée, drinks, perhaps a few minutes of casual conversation, followed by an awkward staring contest would be more enticing than blood on the tablecloth.

Of course, maybe if Caroline does get with Klaus, she can train him. Is it possible to train a sociopathic, coffin-carrying killer and make him into boyfriend material?

What do you think? Klaroline or Forwood? If you are Team Forwood vote for Tyler here.

TVD: Season 3/Ep.16 “Casting News – Samantha Gilbert”

There’s another Gilbert coming to Mystic Falls.

Newcomer Lindsey R. Garrett has been cast on The Vampire Diaries as Samantha Gilbert, has learned exclusively.

Samantha, in her 20s, is described as a bit of a gossip, but don’t expect her to cross paths with Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev) anytime soon. She’ll appear only during flashbacks in the episode titled “1912,” airing at the end of February, as one of the town’s founding family members who interacts with both Salvatore brothers.

TVD: Season 3/Ep. 15 – “All My Children” – Press Release

A FLIP OF THE COIN — After starting her day with a startling discovery of Damon’s (Ian Somerhalder) latest indiscretion, Elena (Nina Dobrev) is frustrated to find that none of her friends agree with her on how they should react to the Original family’s internal power struggle. Once again caught up in the destiny of the Bennett witches, Bonnie (Kat Graham) and Abby (guest star Persia White) find themselves playing a part in a ritual to appease the spirits of nature. When Elijah (guest star Daniel Gillies) gives Damon and Stefan (Paul Wesley) a dangerous ultimatum that puts Elena in danger, they turn to Alaric (Matt Davis) and Meredith (guest star Torrey Devitto) for help with a plan that leads them to a terrible choice.
